ABOUT US

With over 20 years' experience in architecture, Nick's professional career started in architectural practice working on conversions, extensions, new-builds and refurbishments. With a passion for architectural design and property development, he joined a privately owned boutique developer in 2006 to start and head-up an in-house architecture & design team. As Director of Design, Nick was responsible for designing and coordinating all schemes along with the production of all project promotional material. From feasibility to construction, he was responsible for the design of over 200 residential units across multiple small sites and obtaining planning consent for a further 200+ residential units and circa 12,000m² of commercial space. Nick's experience includes working with several national commercial operators to secure pre-let agreements which included a 60 room hotel, 650m² restaurant and 10,000m² supermarket.

Nick has the rare ability of being creative whilst having a keen eye for commercial and technical detail. He has a forward thinking approach to site appraisal and all aspects of design and construction. Whilst effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders, he is focused on good design, minimising risk, programme efficiency, sustainability and value engineering. Above all else, Nick's two driving forces are client satisfaction and good architecture.
