Every project originates from a need. Whether the need is for more functional space, additional space or space that generates value, we will produce the initial design for the architectural solution and the drawings required to obtain stakeholder approval.

Having identified the preferred design option, the brief is developed further and the concept design produced. Design fundamentals such as external appearance, form, internal layout, landscaping and orientation are carefully considered. The final detail proposals are presented in a comprehensive set of drawings/documents for stakeholder approval.
