A development of 4, 5 & 6 bedroom houses in an old quarry on the edge of the settlement. The energy efficient scheme was built using modern methods of construction and was designed to accommodate the latest needs of home working.
The development was sold off plan by the developer who offered buyers the opportunity to customise their new homes. Design changes included amendments to floor plans, kitchen designs, bathroom layouts and the finishes specification.

Feasibility study for the conversion and extension of a town centre office located on the junction of the A4 and A339. The feasibility study contemplated a contemporary gateway scheme for 49 apartments and 400m² of office space. The study also included an assessment of proposed building height on the prominent corner.

Having looked at the feasibility of converting/extending the existing office, the project progressed to the concept design stage as a new build scheme. The proposed scheme is for 35 apartments and 1700m² of office space.
